Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan from the date of order confirmation.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries may be delayed due to rain/weather conditions, road conditions, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation, after which they are handed over to our courier partner.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before order confirmation.

Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details (where available) will be shared with you via SMS/email/WhatsApp.

Delivery Issues

• If your parcel is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at directorwatches@gmail.com and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
